Pini Parma offers a refined return policy allowing you to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Italian craftsmanship. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded properly to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
